According to diesieben07 on the Forge forums, this mod has invalid JSON in it for some recipes. Here's the thread where I got this information from when I asked about chests being empty.
For reference, my Forge version is 31.2.47, and Quark, AutoRegLib, and Quark Oddities are all on their latest 1.15.2 builds from Curseforge.
