That looks like a compatibility issue with Untranslated Items, where it tries to... populate creative tabs before the game finishes loading, (when Quark relies on a tag to fill the creative tabs of the seed pouch, which requires a loaded world)? Go report to them, or remove it.

This can probably be fixed just by checking if the tag exists honestly.
