UsageTickerModule Crash?

Hi Vazkii,
Getting a random crash when loading into worlds; sometimes it loads, sometimes it doesn't.
Crash report is below, let me know if you need any more info.
Just experienced this crash again post-fix in r2.4-293, crash report attached.
