Mixed wood recipes aren't compatible with wood from other mods

Not sure if this can be fixed without changing all the ladder recipes, but:
Observed:
Vanilla ladders cannot be crafted with wood from other mods.
Expected:
Oak Ladder recipe would accept any minecraft:planks tag.
As a workaround, try making ladders with two or more different types of wood
This wouldn't work because it is an Oak Ladder, not a mixed ladder like how chests work
#2875 is actually a seperate bug, this issue here is slightly intentional
