It would basically be a snowball that would do 2-4 hearts of damage if you get hit, and could break glass blocks.

Example

I think that 2-4 hearts of damage (where 4 heart of damage is more damage than an unenchanted diamond sword) is way too much, maybe 1-2 healf hearts would be good. But cool idea
