Running the runData configuration with Quark installed gives a crash linked to the emotes module handler. This has been a problem in earlier versions of Quark as well (currently using the most recent version of both Quark and autoreglib)

Hello! Quark's moved to 1.18 now-- unfortunately, this means that (unless your bug is critical and/or game-breaking), we're closing support for issues filed for versions prior to it (e.g. Quark on 1.16).

this bug is preventing me from doing some integration between quark and a branch of compressium im working on that needs to "runData"
