[Accessibility] Emotes button covers subtitles, making the subtitles difficult to read while chat is open.

As above. The emotes button sits in the exact same spot as the subtitles display, making the subtitles really hard to read if the chat display is currently open (and to a limited extent, the Emotes button too, although it renders on top, making the subtitles the harder of the two to read.
This happens regardless of the GUI scale chosen, and there does not appear to be a config to change the location of this button.
