[1.2-100] When Generating Huge Caves, chunks with Water (Lakes, Rives etc.) are not removed

When using the Bigger Caves feature with default settings, chunks that contain water (such as Lakes and Rives) will not generate the big cave.

I know that bigger caves are an experimental feature, but this bug still applies in the latest 1.2-100 version of the mod

I can confirm that this issue is still occurring in the latest version of Quark. TheMasterCaver on Reddit has a great comment explaining the reason behind this. The comment also includes a fix, which he actually included in a 1.7.10 mod.
