I recently decided to switch my gameplay to version 1.14.4 because some of the mods that I wanted to use weren't available in the version that I was playing before. I tried to download Quark for version 1.14.4 but when I try to open the game I get the error message, "Quark (quark) encountered an error during the common_setup event phase Non [a-z0-9/._-] character in path of location: minecraft:netherracklminecraft:the_nether" I have no idea what is going wrong or how to fix it so I'm hoping that I can get help here.

Try deleting your quark config.
