I've been fighting this all day.

For some reason, Quark's config is resetting itself to the default values, but not everything at once. Rather, it resets them in sections. Sometimes resetting multiple portions of different categories. I thought maybe it just wasn't saving, but it was undoing things I had actively made sure was saved ages ago and I never touched since. Still reset to default values.

Editing the underground biomes values is what I've been doing the most, and feels like those are what's been getting reset the most, but that might just because those are the categories I was working with primarily.

I'm also editing the config via the in-game config menu. From what I've experienced, it seems to be doing it when ever I start the game, enter a world, exit a world, and one instance, iirc, it reset upon simply exiting the config menu itself. It also isn't guaranteed to happen, although it could be doing it and I just never opened the right menu to see it reset something again.

I confirm this, is annoying :(
