[1.2.74][Duplication bug] End rods block breaked seems to replace moving blocks

I think that the title is what happens here
Strange behaviour with end rods
In the video, after the end rod destroy the block, the redstone block is replaced with the block break
EDIT: Found out that you can even duplicate things (in the previous video I had doTileDrops to false):
