Monster boxes have an uselessly low spawn range

Quark version: r2.4-304
Forge version: 36.0.22
Monster boxes only trigger their spawn action when a player is within a radius of 1 block
This is intended, they're not meant to be traps, having a low spawn range
makes them an optional challenge.
