framed colored glass panes don't drop, even with silk touch

quark version: r2.4-304 forge version: 36.0.15
when breaking framed colored glass pane (with a silk touch tool or not), they don't drop, despite every other type of framed glass (panes and full block, colored or not) dropping even without silk touch
