I see the "your quark config has been reloaded" message on the game chat nonstop, it keeps showing up even after I do /reload

Double checked and I am for sure on 306. The zip has the latest log, config, and a screenshot of several backups being created in the config folder. I've tried deleting all the config files and restarting the game to recreate them to no avail.

I am not the original poster, but I came to +1 the bug and to report that I do not see the "constant reloading" messages when switching to Quark-r2.4-307-config-fix-test.jar

I've been playing with it for a bit now and haven't seen it pop up once, seems like it's working perfectly now!
