Items in a pipe directly above a Funnel do not attempt to enter the funnel, and the pipe does not visually bend towards the Funnel.

This is likely an issue on Create's side-- likely the funnel does not act as an inventory on the top side.
As a workaround, try placing two pipes vertically-- the lower pipe should shape like an I and point toward the funnel input.
