Boat sails still not rendering.

The 1.2-75 changelog says they have fixed it,but I still have the same problem.

I'm in 1.11.2 using last version of Forge without any other mod than Quark and AutoRegLib

It's the latest log in the logs dir inside your minecraft folder, next to mods and resourcepacks. Put it on pastebin or another hosting service.
