Server Crashed on Startup (`Server Tick Loop`)

I run a small heavily modded SMP (containing over 130 mods) which has 4 daily reboots. Earlier today when a reboot was scheduled, the server didn't come back online and had to manually be brought up. When checking into the crashlog from then I found mentions of Quark.
I'm not the best at diagnosing any issues, however I thought I should maybe post it here in-case this is a bug that needs to be looked into (or a specific case). I've attached the crashlog.
