The configuration screen when I click on the q button does not save. I go into each category, do the changes I want, and the click done and save changes. But when a new world is created, the changes don't save, and when I go back into the configuration screen again there is no sign of the changes being saved either. Is this a feature or a bug? I do have other mods loaded too so that might be an issue. I am on the most recent versions of everything. Thanks!

I have the same problem, but I don't have to make a new world, they just don't save ever.
Edit: So, another thing that I think would be helpful to know, is that it didn't start happening until I got quark oddities.
