A black screen problem in water

What happens is whenever i go underwater with quark installed the game screen goes complete black i cant see anything i did some research most people say update your drivers my drivers are up to date i checked if the mods have problems it doesn't the mods are updated as well i don't know the reason but it only happens when i go underwater

somehow i fixed the problem when you first open modded minecraft with quark it asks you if you want to enable some stuff that you can configure and i always enabled some texture changing stuff i played around and saw that when i completely turn off everything that changes textures it fixes thanks for trying to help and i think my graphics card is not supported or out dated tho i have the latest version.
