Both destroy the stronghold structure, leaving only the portal frames, floating mid air.

I can confirm this issue is happening on Enigmatica 6 v0.4.8 - Quark Crevices are able to destroy strongholds.

I've been informered that this is because Crevices are features and not carvers, so they run after the stronghold has generated.
