I'm playing on a minecraft Server with my friends with the modpack Valhelsia 3, and almost everytime I want to open a Matrix enchanting table it doesnt open the menu. Only very few times it opens but it's not after spam clicking it. Sometimes it looks like I can only open the menu when the server/client is lagging, but i'm not sure about that. I really don't want to completely disable the Quark enchanting system, because I thought it was really cool and it got me excited.

I experienced this issue too; the resolution was to turn on Matrix Enchanting on the client side. Valhelsia 3 turns it off by default, so the client-side installation of Valhelsia 3 will have Matrix Enchanting disabled, while the server side has it enabled.

What version are you playing on? We've had incompatabilities with Apotheosis in the past, but those should have been fixed by recent updates.
When you open the F3 menu and look at the table, what block ID does it show?

First up, thanks alot for helping me this fast. Now the quark version I am playing on is Quark-r2.4-309.jar and the Block ID is quark:matrix_enchanter. I also figured out that when I can open the table, it seems like it's always when my computer is lagging.
