Issue:
Smooth lighting doesn't work on glowcelium. Lights on glowcelium act as if smooth lighting is turned off.

Reproducible in 1.16.5 r2.4-311
This is a vanilla issue. Smooth lighting on light-emitting blocks does not work.
Issue should be closed.
