Oddities:1.16.3(latest one on Curseforge)

Issue:
Totem of Holding works well while I played on client. But when I copy the whole modpack to start a server, Totem of Holding didn't spawn when player dies. Items just dropped like vanilla.

I can confirm this issue with running a mohist server. With us sometimes the totem spawns but it has all the items laying around it.
FYI Mohist is Forge + Plugins so a combined version of both worlds.
