Matrix Enchanting's pieces in the option bar on the right are probabilistically out of sync

Single player game. Using MC 1.16.5, autoRegLib-1.6-47, Quark-r2.4-311, QuarkOddities-1.16.3.
Issue:

When a piece is placed into the grid, it has a chance to remain in the right sidebar

When a piece is removed from the grid, there's a chance it won't show up in the right sidebar

When you press the "+" button to add a piece, there's a chance it won't show up in the right sidebar
After you exit the enchantment table GUI and re-enter it, the display will return to normal. So I think it's a probabilistically out of sync issue.
You may need to try a few more times to reproduce the issue...
Hello! Quark's moved to 1.18 now-- unfortunately, this means that (unless your bug is critical and/or game-breaking), we're closing support for issues filed for versions prior to it (e.g. Quark on 1.16).
