Problem: Too many recipes are unlocked at once causing server tick time to exceed server limit forcing a crash.
Suggestion: Put a limit on how many recipes are unlocked per tick/unit/second/time frame. This should keep massive mod packs from crashing when a player first joins.

Can confirm, this happens even after Auto Recipe Unlock is disabled in config.
