To me personally End Rods is not a good block for Pistons to break blocks with.
#1: it's not a hard block, I can break it easily with fists
#2: moving it causes lighting updates, which means a big contraption will be lag central
#3: it's very cheap once you reached the end

So, I would like a config option to change the block-breaker block into something else (personally I'll look into using Extra Utilities spikes or something)
