Stained beacon beam is ~half white with "Beacon Redirection" enabled ("AutoRegLib-1.6-49.jar", "Quark-r2.4-314.jar")

heres my not very good screenshot:
i dont know if theres much difference between enabled/disabled logs but guideline said to upload anyway so i did both just incase
"AutoRegLib-1.6-49.jar" and "Quark-r2.4-314.jar"
What exactly am I looking at here?

bottom part of the beacon is supposed to be "fully" lime, but appears similar to if you had both a white glass and a lime glass
