Recently found a dupe with Thaumcraft that works somewhat consistently. Using a pickarang on top of an infusion altar with any storage block (ex: chest) next to it by throwing the pickarang to that block will duplicate both the block and its contents. Testing it seems it doesn't work (or works less often) when the pickarang has efficiency.
