The Matrix Enchanter does not show up in JEI

I had to get this from the /give command. It not being in JEI means players can't find the recipe (which I have to make, I know that much).

This is using Quark-r2.4-315

Does that only add it to the creative menu, or does that do JEI too?

Being in creative is the requirement to show up in JEI
