Was suggested to post this issue here after creating an issue on Enigmatica 6: EnigmaticaModpacks/Enigmatica6#2889

When walking over an Obsidian Plate in front of an Iron Door, the door will not open and cannot be walked through. However, right clicking on the door to update the block from the server reveals the door is open. The door will not open or close at all.

Doors with Stone and Wooden Plates work perfectly fine.

I am hosting a server with a hosting service, and connected to it over the internet.

Note: The door only opens because I am right clicking on it.

I found one Obsidian Plate that does work fine on a door, but the plate on the other side does not work. Here is a video showing all the broken plates: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1DWSE3omld4

I was having this issue after installing a small group of mods, so I started turning them on one by one to determine what caused it. I was able to narrow it down to Immersive Posts.

What's really happening is that the pressure plate is not updating connected redstone when stepped on. With this bug if you place redstone next to the plate then step on it, it will not update. However if you then break that redstone and replace it, it will be turned on.

Hello! Quark's moved to 1.18 now-- unfortunately, this means that (unless your bug is critical and/or game-breaking), we're closing support for issues filed for versions prior to it (e.g. Quark on 1.16).
