Right click hoe harvesting normally harvests an area of crops, however using it on bush crops (crops that keep their block upon harvesting) doesn't work. Example: Farmer's Delight's Tomatoes, Neapolitan's Strawberries.

It happens in crucial 2, so I don't know. I didn't check the config because I assumed you had added it.
