So this is basically the same as #1371 but that one was closed incorrectly. The guy that closed it said its an issue with the other mods but clearly it's not. For one, I tested a blank profile with and without just quark, quark oddities, and autoreglib. When I added the 3 mods the players breathing animation changed slightly, so that the arms didn't move side to side and more, only back and forth. 90% of the chestplates in my 70-mod pack look bugged when I wear them. Only the vanilla chestplates look normal. I don't know if this change in the animation is intentional, I certainly can't imagine why it would need to be changed. Granted it does look better than the vanilla one but that's irrelevant when modded armors are worn.
