After changing the config, the server crashes

Good afternoon. We have a problem with changing the quark config.
After changing any of the parameters to "false", the server stops starting.
If everything is returned to standard values, then it works without problems.
And the server does not create a crashlog.

Hello! Quark's moved to 1.18 now-- unfortunately, this means that (unless your bug is critical and/or game-breaking), we're closing support for issues filed for versions prior to it (e.g. Quark on 1.16).
