Red foxhounds teleport through portals, but blue don't. I just tested on clean creative world, spawned two reds, two blues, one tamed, one not. Blue just went through without teleporting.

Never mind, red ones can't go through either. I don't know what's going on. On fresh creative world I two first spawned foxhounds teleported, then I moved to another biome and spawned blue ones, and they could not go through. In my survival, none of foxhounds that i found (red and blue) can go through. Is this biome specific?

Hello! Quark's moved to 1.18 now-- unfortunately, this means that (unless your bug is critical and/or game-breaking), we're closing support for issues filed for versions prior to it (e.g. Quark on 1.16).
