Hotbar switcher shifts all menus. [1.18.1]

By request I am making this issue, as seen in the below images using the hotbar switcher shifts the all the menu up.
Quark Version Used: Quark-3.0-334
Minecraft Version Used: 1.18.1
Modloader: Fab- I mean Forge 39.0.8
Rendering Mods: flywheel-forge-1.18-0.4.2-rc
Graphics: Fancy
Menus: Shifted Up
Here's the modlist if needed.
I probably should also state that this is only visual, the buttons act like they are in their original positions.
