Issue description:
If you shift a Draconic tool with modifier into a Quark Enchantment Table (installed with Quark Oddities) the tool loses all its modules.

Drag and Draw with the tool + modules works without problems

(Already reported in the Draconic Discord, but there was told that I should open an issue here because draconic on their side can not do anything about it.)
