Quark breaks the animation of the clock on the mod https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/hourglass and the mod https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/gui-clock.
I have done the binary method to find the mod causing the issue, which brought me to quark.
My modlist is:

Forge Version: 39.0.8

No reports, since there are no crashes occuring.
I do not know how you can fix, but please do.

Hello, try without OptiFine. Could be caused by that.

Yeah, try with just he mods in question
