[1.18.1] Chain does not link minecarts

Quark version: Quark-3.0-334
Forge version: 39.0.9
Minecraft version: 1.18.1
When holding a chain and right clicking on a minecart, no noise is played and no action is taken from the chain. Instead, the player enters the minecart as normal for vanilla. Shift clicking does not attach the chain either.
