When clicking the trowel on JEI there is no recipe. There is a use but not any recipe for it. I even looked up the recipe just in case it was an issue with JEI but it still does not work. This is for the latest 1.18 version.

I can't reproduce this with just Quark + Oddities, ARL, JEI. This sounds like the Trowel feature is just configured off (the "using" recipe doesn't check if it's disabled or not which could be its own bug)
