When you show your items with SHIFT + T, the item icon not moving to the right position where it should be (With it's related text) when chat heads mod installed.

Seems like it is more major thing. Found out that changing chat size settings also mess this up a lot. (With quark being the only mod installed as well)

i know officially it isn't being worked on since its not a major issue but is there any possibility of this fix being implemented in the 1.16.5 version?
