[1.16.5] BUG my server is stopped (QuarkOdditions)

My server is lagging when downloading the world in the twilight forest when the QuarkOdditions mod is installed.
Minecraft: 1.16.5
Forge: 1.16.5 - 36.2.26

How to reproduce?
- Go to TwilightForest world
- Write /worldborder set 2000 or 4000
- Write: /pregen start gen worldborder GEN twilightforest:twilightforest NORMAL_GEN (be sure to enter 1 in 1)
The server will load chunks and get stuck in the middle, after which it just freezes, tried restarting - it doesn't help, deleted QuarkOdditions and the restart - it worked.
Sorry for the spam, but this is a real problem, I haven't been able to start the server properly for 2 days, because the server always crashes from the players, because of the twilight forest + Quark Odditions.
NO crash logs. Logs clear.

Without the QuarkOdditions mod, everything works and loads everything, but I really need this mod.
The world can not be loaded with a mod, the server will still hang when the players load it. With this mod for downloading, I just showed that there is a problem in downloading chunks and the server crashes without a crash log.
