Connection refused: No More information error.

Server making it so I get connection refused: no more information every time I try to add quark in.

These are my client logs, I don't get any logs on the server past this:

I'm using the latest forge, latest quark and ARL, all other mods are up to date but I don't see anything specifically flagging up issues.

Any help greatly appreciated

Hi, it appears to have been a config file not loading correctly causing the issue.

Resolved now.
