When you die while keepInventory and More Powerful Game Rules keepInventoryArmor are true Quark Oddities spawns a Totem of Holding that holds only your equipped armor. This implies that the totem is honoring keepInventory properly, but not MPGR's keepInventoryArmor. I am not nearly technically skilled enough to determine which mod is acting strangely with this interaction.
