I am really dumb and I want to blacklist this ===> moze_intel.projecte.gameObjs.gui.GUITransmutation
But I have no clue where I need to put it. I am not a coder or anything I am just a dumb person needing help so I am asking here. I have looked all over and no where is there a start to the point how to blacklist ProjectE things like above. I came here hoping you could help this dumb person.

It's in the quark config, under general, you'll see a list where you can add screens to not display.
