Quark "Q" menu not saving properly

What I expected: The config to save correctly
What happened: The config didnt save correctly, and instead just randomly saved parts of what i put in.
Reproduction steps:
- deleted config file
- loaded game
- turned off everything in the building module
- saved
- rebooted game
