I had a Quark crate in my world from the 346 version, but when updating to 347 all the items inside it vanished. Also, when breaking the Crate with an axe, the Crate item no longer drops itself. I was able to reduplicate this second issue on a fresh world with just Quark.

Separately, I ran into an intermittent crash when I had JEI installed along with Quark+Oddities+ARL, where upon breaking the Crate the game immediately crashed. The crash report can be seen here: https://pastebin.com/REWLktFF. This crash did not happen upon trying to break the Crate without JEI installed
