Having quark and supplementaries installed together, results in "Worlds using Experimental Settings are not supported", even on newly created worlds.
No other known issues.

That's just kind of a general thing, and there's not much we can do about it. Blame Mojang. Install TerraBlender or some other mod, as several mods suppress this.
