quark delete all vanilla recipes

Hello I have a forge 1.18.2 server (latest version)
i updated quark to 3.2-350
the concern all vanilla recipes are deleted as if does not exist (book and jei) how do I know it's the quark mod, because I just removed the quark mod and the recipes came back, then I put it back quark and the recipes have disappeared, I specify that it is only on server.

my guy reopen that this is still happening and I have an issue made on JEI's page
