Saving changes with quark config leads to an instant crash

When I press the save button in quark it crashes immediately. No idea what the cause is but ive listed the crash report from the time of the event and a modlist.

This seems to be connected to quarks JEI plugin, with both REI & JEI it crashes when saving the settings. Removing JEI or REI fixes the issue.
