Game does not start with curse forge newest version of forge

The game crashed whilst initializing game
Error: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: vazkii/arl/item/BasicItem
Exit Code: -1
That is what has always shown when attempting to use quark and or quark oddities. I have singled it out and quark refuses to allow the game to start up. I dont know anything about coding or anything so if additional information is needed please ask or tell me so as to fix the issue. Thanks
